Errol Mahabir, Sat Maharaj among others on full list of national awards

Former Senior Cabinet Minister Errol Mahabir in a recent photo with Energy Minister Carolyn Seepersad-Bachan. Mahabir has been given the Chanconia Medal (Gold), the country's second highest national award, for national service to Trinidad and Tobago.
