55 Hyundai vehicles for FIFA Under-17 in T&T

Hyundai on Friday handed over 55 of their vehicles to the Local organising Committee for use during the during the FIFA Under-17 Women’s World Cup in Trinidad and Tobago.

The car maker’s local Chief Executive Officer David Jardin said the move is an opportunity to showcase Hyundai’s range of vehicles to the Trinidad and Tobago and the world.


Top FIFA delegates, officials of the Local Organising Committee (LOC), Hyundai representatives and other dignitaries and VIPs will use the vehicles for the international event next month.

The tournament starts on September 5 with a grand opening ceremony at the Hasely Crawford Stadium. More than 50 world class artistes, musicians and dancers will take part in a 10-minute display of local performances.
