"We shall spend money on every single probe that is necessary...Clico and every other probe...The people who were there before have to account for the nation's patrimony," he said.
Warner, who spoke in his capacity as acting Prime Minister, also said if necessary, investigations would be held into the delay of the delivery of the three multi-billion-dollar Offshore Patrol Vessels (OPV) ordered by the previous Manning government.
Warner also spoke about his plan to introduce high-tech licence plates with microchips to enable police officers to quickly identify vehicles.
He acknowledged that the plan, which he hopes to implement by the end of the year, may cause some employees in the auto sector to lose their jobs. However, he said the Government will do what is can to help those who will be displaced.
The important issue, he said, is to focus on the "bigger picture", which is helping the nation become lawful and reducing the level of crime.
"At the end of the day, should we have a system with 200 persons employed and where 500 persons are killed, are murdered, are robbed? Or should we have a system where the nation is safer as result?" Warner asked.
