Prime Minister Kamla Persad-Bissessar has told members of her cabinet that every day is a working day because they have to look after the people's business 24/7.And she was doing that over the weekend with a tour of her Siparia constituency. Her various activities included a pledge of a new market and she planted a tree to symbolise her concern for the environment.
