The Sunday Express continues its expose of matters relating to the relationship between Attorney General John Jeremie during his previous term in that office and the then Director of Prosecution (DPP) Geoffrey Henderson, who is now a High Court judge, in which it shows Jeremie putting pressure on Henderson on a number of critical issues.The paper's Camini Marajh writes: "A series of private letters exchanged between the then Attorney General and the then DPP show Jeremie taking a reluctant DPP to task for refusing to comply with his instructions to appoint government's choice of counsel in key cases, among them, Monos Island (biggest drug bust in the country's history), the bail revocation hearing of reputed Gambino Gang leader Barry Alphonse and the Rishi Permanand kidnapping."
