Photo story: Tim, Jack give thumbs up to controversial concrete batching plant

Education Minister and Caroni East MP Dr Tim Gopeesingh and Works and Infrastructure Minister Jack Warner, who is also the Chaguanas West MP, during a tour of a concrete batching plant in Cunupia Tuesday. The ministers gave their backing for the plant, which residents say is harmful to the environment.
